ALUMINUM USA DELIVERS EXPANDED EVENT FOCUSED ON INNOVATON AND TECHNOLOGY

Increased Attendees and Exhibitors Gather for All Things Aluminum in Nashville

NASHVILLE, TN; September 30, 2019 – ALUMINUM USA (ALU USA), the event dedicated to all aspects of the aluminum industry, and presented in partnership with The Aluminum Association, wrapped up the 2019 edition. ALUMINUM USA is the first in the US to cover the entire value chain from upstream (mining, smelting) via midstream (casting, rolling, extrusion) to downstream (finishing, fabrication). The industry’s Event for All Things Aluminum featured two action-packed days with leading exhibits, demonstrations and a no-cost conference focused on raw materials, extrusion, semi-finished and finished products, surface treatment and producers of machinery, plant and equipment for aluminum processing and manufacturing.

“ALU USA brought together 1900 key industry professionals and 286 leading suppliers, representing a 27% and 24% increase over 2017,” said Michael Mandl, Group Vice President. “We are delighted to deliver an event where exhibitors and attendees connected, shared knowledge and saw complete solutions from upstream to downstream first-hand. This year marked a return to Nashville’s Music City Center, offering an expanded show floor of 37,000+ square feet for exhibition and event space. The larger show footprint enabled us to bring more leading suppliers to the show and add new technology networking opportunities based on Extrusion, Raw Materials and Semi-Finished Products. We appreciate the continued support of the aluminum industry and look forward to connecting again in 2021.”
