Call For Presentations

The ALU 2019 Technical Conference Program will address all aspects of the aluminum value stream, including concepts described by IoT and smart manufacturing. We are currently accepting abstracts for actionable content focused on innovations and new technologies, economic drivers, and material-specific uses of aluminum for end-users.

We appreciate your interest in speaking at ALUMINUM USA 2019. This form outlines the information required to evaluate your submission appropriately. We will contact you if the conference technical review committee deems appropriate. If you have any questions, please contact the conference review team.

Benefits and Expectations from Speakers

Educational content MUST BE commercial free and vendor neutral. Under no circumstances may speakers promote their company or product in the Education Program. Speakers who fail to comply will not be invited back to speak, and will not have their decks published on the ALUMINUM USA website.

Participating in the Education Program at ALUMINUM USA as a speaker allows you to:

  • Enhance the knowledge and skills of your industry peers
  • Gain professional and personal recognition as a subject matter expert
  • Enhance the name recognition of your company
  • Receive a complimentary speaker pass to ALUMINUM USA 2019

 Proposed Session Format

Lecture: Single or co-presenters with a lecture-style presentations allowing for Q&A.

Panel Session: A small group of presenters representing a spectrum of views, allowing for Q&A. Note: Priority is given to panels in which various-even competing opinions or issues will be explored and which includes the perspective of at least one end-user. (4 presenters for a panel presentations 1 Moderator and 3 Panelists.)
